CPAP Requires Electricity

One of the many benefits of using oral appliances to manage obstructive sleep apnea is that oral appliances DO NOT require electricity. California regularly experiences “rolling blackouts”, due to the numerous fires throughout the state during fire season and in the hot summers, when the grid can’t handle the load of all the air conditioners running at once. Oral appliances don’t require electricity!
